A Langhe DOC Chardonnay partly barrel-fermented (about 25% in new oak with batonnage), from vines planted in 1972.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with green reflexes; intense bouquet of tropical fruit (banana, pineapple), vanilla and toast from the oak; fresh, outstandingly soft and persistent.

- Vinification
- Soft-pressed and cold-settled, fermented at 15-18C for about 10 days; about 25% is finished in new barriques (225 L) with periodic batonnage, the rest stays on lees in steel; blended and bottled before the following summer.
