Montaribaldi Sigiuja

A vintage Langhe DOC white blend of Chardonnay, Arneis and Sauvignon, vinified as three separate lots then blended.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with green highlights; broad bouquet of floral and tropical fruit notes; fresh, delicate, with good persistence.

Planted 2007, 4,200 vines/ha, vertical trellis (espalier), spur pruned; grape yield 9,000 kg/ha, wine yield 6,300 L/ha
Vinification
The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately: soft-pressed, cold-settled, then fermented at 13-18C for about ten days on the clear must; racked onto fine lees, blended the following spring and bottled.
