Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with garnet and purple reflexes; fruity, intense bouquet with cinnamon and cloves; well-balanced, soft acidity with a long, persistent finish.

- Fermented and macerated at least a week at 27-29C, then kept on lees at 20-22C for at least two months for malolactic fermentation, followed by 3 to 4 months of cold rest before bottling the following summer.
