Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with purple reflexes; fruity bouquet with spice notes; good structure, moderate acidity and soft tannins.

- Fermented and macerated at least a week at 27-29C, then kept on lees at 20-22C for at least two months for malolactic fermentation, followed by 3 to 4 months of cold rest before bottling the following summer.
