- 4,000 vines/ha, trellis-trained, Guyot pruned; grape yield 10,000 kg/ha, wine yield 7,500 L/ha
- Vinification
- Grapes are chilled and briefly cold-macerated, then soft-pressed; the must rests to clarify, is filtered and stored cold. Partial fermentation of the sugars is carried out by the Martinotti-Charmat method, followed by isobaric bottling.
