Montaribaldi Starderi

A single-MGA Barbaresco DOCG from the small, 0.38 ha Starderi cru, with some vines dating to 1966, aged about 24 months in barrique.

Tasting notes

Noted for extraordinary aging potential: approachable, fresh tannins when young, unfolding deeper structure and complexity over time; full-bodied and persistent, with elegant, austere but smooth tannins.

Pairs well with
