Tasting notes

Light ruby red with orange reflexes; fairly intense floral and fruity bouquet; fresh and outstandingly persistent.

4,000-4,500 vines/ha (as per estate's Nebbiolo plots), trellis-trained, Guyot pruned; grape yield 9,000 kg/ha, wine yield 6,300 L/ha
Vinification
Made as a white-style vinification of Nebbiolo: soft-pressed, cold-settled, fermented at 15-18C for about ten days, then left on lees; bottled the spring after harvest.
