A passito-style dessert wine made from withered Moscato bianco grapes, fermented slowly over up to two months and aged about a year in bottle.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow; delicate bouquet with peach and fresh floral notes; soft, enveloping palate with a well-balanced structure.

Dry pastries, fruit tarts, blue cheese or medium-to-long-aged cheese; a dessert or meditation wine

- Vinification
- Grapes left to wither on the vine until November for natural sugar and aroma concentration, then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented at a controlled 14C, a very slow process taking up to two months given the high sugar content. Aged about a year in bottle before release.
