Tasting notes

Deep yellow with golden hints as it ages. Intense, broad, aromatic nose of acacia blossom, honey, peach and apricot. Soft on the palate with light acidity and a long finish.

Pairs well with

White meats, shellfish, fresh cheeses and strongly spiced dishes.
