Terre dei Santi L'Alfiere

A Barbera d'Asti aged at least 20 months in barrel, released two years after harvest.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby with slightly garnet reflections. Fruity and spicy, with toasted vanilla, chocolate, plum and jam. Full-bodied, dry, savoury and fresh, with a delicate tannin from ageing.

Pairs well with

Substantial dishes: tagliolini with ragu, red meats, braises, goat cheeses or aged cheeses such as Castelmagno.
