Tasting notes

Crystalline pale straw with green reflections. Intense, fragrant and fruity, with bread crust and green apple. Fresh and structured, a full-bodied, harmonious wine.

Pairs well with

Aperitifs, starters, vegetables, white meats, risotto with tench or trout baked in foil.
