Terre dei Santi Extrema

A dry rosé sparkling wine from local black grapes, made to be drunk young.

Tasting notes

Very pale onion-skin pink. Fragrant, floral, aromatic, with hints of dog rose. Fresh, lightly savoury and persistent, with fine lasting bubbles.

Pairs well with

Aperitifs, white meats, fish and vegetables.
