A lightly sparkling Freisa from the Chieri area, the style it is best known for locally.

Tasting notes

Ruby red. Fruity and floral with raspberry and violet. Pleasantly lively from the long Charmat second fermentation, slightly off-dry and fresh with a delicate tannic note.

Pairs well with

Whole meals: medium and long-aged salumi, tagliatelle with ragu, fried chicken.
