Intense ruby with violet reflections. Fruity, floral and lightly spicy, recalling violet and black pepper. Full-bodied, dry, savoury and fresh.

A wine for whole meals: risotto with Barbera, meat agnolotti, bollito misto and medium-aged tome cheeses.
