Tasting notes

Bright ruby red. Winey, sweetly fruity with spice and black pepper. Lively, dry, soft and lightly tannic, with a sweetly almond aftertaste.

Pairs well with

Hot starters, soups and filled pasta such as agnolotti, cappelletti and tortellini.
