A still Bonarda Piemontese, a rare Piedmontese red known since the late 1700s.

Tasting notes

Ruby red. Winey, sweetly fruity with spice and black pepper. Dry, soft and lightly tannic, with a sweetly almond aftertaste.

Pairs well with

Hot starters, soups and filled pasta such as agnolotti, cappelletti and tortellini.
