A pink extra dry sparkling wine from Freisa d'Asti, to be drunk within three years of harvest.
Tasting notes
Bright pink. Floral and fruity with raspberry and cherry. Extra dry, very soft and delicate, with a persistent red-fruit finish and fine, lasting bubbles.
Pairs well with
Happy-hour aperitifs, seafood starters, fried fish and shellfish.
