Crystalline pale straw with green reflections. Aromatic, intense and fragrant with pleasant floral notes. Structured on the palate with a long aromatic persistence.

Seafood and land starters such as raw Bra sausage, elaborate vegetable dishes like aubergine parmigiana, and fish or shellfish, perhaps grilled.
