Tasting notes
Colour: deep golden yellow. Bouquet: open and complex, intense and aromatic, with a characteristic musky scent and notes of honey and candied fruit. Palate: pronounced and complex, richly aromatic, exhibiting ripe and baked apple, honey and candied fruit.

- Vinification
- Grapes harvested in single-layer crates and partially dried to concentrate sugars. After pressing, the must ferments for about 10 days at 18-20 degrees C, followed by 12 months on yeasts.
