A naturally sparkling, aromatic Brachetto d'Acqui with notes of rose petals and red fruit.
Tasting notes
Colour: shimmering red subtly tinged with pink. Bouquet: richly aromatic, intense crisp fruit particularly strawberry and cherry, hints of rose petals. Palate: sweetness and acidity well balanced, velvety smoothness, slight effervescence, notes of almond on the finish.

- Soils rich in sand, lime and clay. A short period of cold maceration and soft pressing, then the must is kept at low temperature until fermentation, making the wine naturally sparkling.
