Tasting notes
Colour: intense straw yellow. Bouquet: complex, with flower notes of acacia and hawthorn, ripe notes of peach and honey, and mineral and flint notes on the finish. Palate: dry, with mineral thickness and good acidity, outstanding persistence and texture.

- Vinification
- After soft crushing and a short period of cold maceration, the free run must ferments at 16-18 degrees C to enhance varietal aromas, followed by several months' ageing on lees, at least 12 months in steel vats total.
