A Moscato d'Asti from the historic heart of the variety, about 20,000 bottles a year, first bottled in 1989.
Tasting notes
Light yellow. Bouquet of mountain flowers, sage and rosemary, strong personality and a finish of ripe fruit. Gentle bubbles, sweet but never cloying.
Pairs well with
Desserts, fruit, soft cheeses and short snacks; also lightly spicy oriental dishes.

- Beginning of September, traditional harvest with manual selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Soft pressing and cold clarification. Fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts for about 15 days at soft pressure. The must is kept cold in tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Alcohol approx. 5.5% vol.

- Serve in a cup or dessert glass at about 4 to 6°C
- Storage
- Keep in a cool place away from light at 10 to 12°C. Drink young.
