An oak-fermented Chardonnay, about 3,000 bottles a year, with a hand-painted flower on every label.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Intense, elegant and continuous aroma with notes of vanilla, soft and harmonious, full of character but easy to drink.
Pairs well with
Pasta, grilled skewered fish, shellfish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.

- End of August to beginning of September, traditional harvest with selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Skin maceration at low temperature for about 42 hours, soft pressing and static cold clarification. Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, partly in steel and partly in French oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels. Alcohol approx. 14% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a medium glass at about 6 to 8°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at 8 to 10°C. Good ageing potential.
