A Barbera d'Asti made to be young like La Birba but traditional like Frem, about 25,000 bottles a year.
Tasting notes
Red with purple reflections. Clean, continuous vinous nose with hints of undergrowth and plum. Dry, fresh and vinous on the palate, typical of young vines.
Pairs well with
First courses, soups or white meat.

- Beginning to mid-September, traditional harvest with manual selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation can take place. Bottled young. Alcohol approx. 14% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve at 18 to 20°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at about 14 to 16°C. Best not to age beyond two to three years.
