A steel-aged Chardonnay named after the small Danvian valley near the winery, about 10,000 bottles a year; the site also lists it as Casot dan Vian.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a long, enveloping, ample and flowery bouquet. Smooth, harmonious and dry, with good drinkability.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, appetizers and fish dishes.

- Beginning of September, traditional harvest with rigorous selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Skin maceration at low temperature for about 36 hours, soft pressing and cold static clarification. Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature for about 10 to 15 days. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel and bottled young. Alcohol approx. 13.5% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a closed glass cup at about 4 to 6°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at 8 to 10°C. Best not to age beyond two to three years.
