By Scagliola - Sansì, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A young Grignolino, about 2,000 bottles a year, whose label toy airplane nods to the lightness of the wine and the old tradition of the variety.
Tasting notes
Light red with cherry undertones. The scent is delicate and typical of the variety, with hints of peanuts. Slightly sparkling on the palate, with remarkable freshness and drinkability, slightly dry and elegant.
Pairs well with
Appetizers, light dishes, aperitifs and fish.
