A young Dolcetto bottled in spring, from 1.5 ha in Calosso, about 6,000 bottles a year; Da Sempre means since always.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with quite intense violet hues. Vinous, with a good-natured bouquet; dry, pleasantly bitter, with good body.

- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation can take place. About 4 months in stainless steel. Alcohol approx. 13% vol; total acidity approx. 5.60 g/l; residual sugar approx. 1.90 g/l; dry extract approx. 26.80 g/l; total SO2 approx. 70 mg/l.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a medium glass at about 18 to 20°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at about 14 to 16°C. Quite good ageing potential.
