The estate's first blend of Barbera, Cabernet and Nebbiolo, about 7,000 bottles a year; Azörd means chance or risk in Piedmontese.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with violet hues; complex, seductive nose; full-bodied, savory and balanced, with good structure.
Pairs well with
Red meat, game and aged cheeses.

- End of September to beginning of October, traditional harvest with selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 20 to 25 days. Malolactic fermentation can take place. Aged in French and American oak. Alcohol approx. 15% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a large glass (Balon) at about 20°C
- Storage
- Keep lying down in a dark place at a constant 14 to 16°C. Good ageing potential.
