Red
Busiord
By Scagliola - Sansì, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A dry Dolcetto from 0.7 ha of vines 50 to 60 years old, about 5,000 bottles a year. Busiord means liar in Piedmontese, a joke on Dolcetto's sweet-sounding name.
Tasting notes
Intense red with clear purple hints. Intense vinous nose with a pleasant bouquet; dry, with a delicate bitter vein, elegant and full of character.
Pairs well with
Red and white meat dishes, poultry, game and fresh pasta.
