A Nebbiolo from vines 10 to 25 years old, about 4,000 bottles a year; the label is inspired by the Moto Guzzi 500 sport.
Tasting notes
Red with orange reflections. Delicate but continuous, well-expressed bouquet with notes of violet and liquorice. Dry and elegant on the palate, consistent and sustained.
Pairs well with
Pasta, meat, game, medium-aged cheeses and cold cuts.

- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 20 to 25 days. Malolactic fermentation can take place. Aged in oak. Alcohol approx. 14% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a large glass (Balon) at about 20°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at about 12 to 14°C. Medium ageing potential.
