Tasting notes
Strong and original personality; aromatic bouquet of flowers, sage and rosemary. Long finish of sweet ripe fruit; golden straw color.
Pairs well with
Desserts, fruit, soft cheeses and snacks; also lightly spicy oriental dishes.

- Beginning of September, traditional harvest with manual selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Soft pressing and cold clarification. Fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts for about 15 days at soft pressure. The must is kept cold in tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled young. Alcohol approx. 5% vol.

- Serve in a cup or dessert glass at about 4 to 6°C
- Storage
- Keep in a cool place away from light at 10 to 12°C. Drink young.
