Scagliola - Sansì Bisbiglio

Tasting notes

White straw with greenish highlights. Vinous, slightly green and fine fragrance. Slightly lively, dry, with remarkable freshness and drinkability.

Pairs well with

Light hors d'oeuvres, fish, pasta and risotto with tomato sauces.

Vinification
Maceration at low temperature for about 24 hours, soft pressing and cold static clarification. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel and bottled young. Alcohol approx. 13.5% vol.
Serving temperature
Serve in a closed glass cup at about 4 to 6°C
Storage
Keep in a dark place at about 8 to 10°C. Best not to age beyond two years.
