A structured still Barbera d'Asti aged in oak, about 50,000 bottles a year. Frem means firm and robust in Piedmontese.
Tasting notes
Garnet red tending to brick with age. Intensely vinous perfume that evolves into a composed, continuous bouquet. Dry, frank, sustained and generous, with good body, savory texture and character.
Pairs well with
Pasta, meat, game, medium-aged cheeses and cold cuts.

- Mid to end of September, traditional harvest with manual selection of grapes
- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 20 to 25 days. Malolactic fermentation can take place. Aged in oak. Alcohol approx. 14% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a large glass (Balon) at about 20°C
- Storage
- Keep in a dark place at about 12 to 14°C. Medium ageing potential.
