A lightly sparkling sweet white from partially fermented must, about 30,000 bottles a year.
Tasting notes
Sweet, with a strong and original personality and a bouquet of aromatic flowers, sage and rosemary. Long, persistent finish of sweet ripe fruit; golden straw color.
Pairs well with
Desserts, fruit, soft cheeses and snacks; also lightly spicy oriental dishes.

- Beginning of September, traditional harvest with selection of grapes
- Vineyard planting
- Vines up to 20 years old
- Vinification
- Soft pressing and cold clarification. Fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts for about 15 days at soft pressure. The must is kept cold in tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Alcohol approx. 5% vol.
- Serving temperature
- Serve in a cup or dessert glass at about 4 to 6°C
- Storage
- Keep in a cool place away from light at 10 to 12°C. Drink young.
