Selection of the members' best grapes and most suited vineyards, created for the cooperative's 60th anniversary, 13 to 13.5% alcohol, about 12,000 bottles a year. Bronze medal and 88 points at the 2020 Decanter World Wine Awards (2018 vintage).

Tasting notes

Crystalline, bright straw yellow. Citrus and sweet nuances, with hints of medicinal herbs, intense perfumes, high structure and excellent balance. Fresh and delicately soft on the palate.

Vinification
Quick pressing with a light maceration in the press and a careful selection of the musts, with alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. 18 months in total: 12 in stainless steel tanks with frequent stirring and 6 in bottle. Bottle flushed with inert gas, natural cork. Total acidity 6.5 g/L, pH 3.2.
