Erbaluce dried in crates from September to March and aged at least 4 years, 13.5 to 14% alcohol, 0.375 L bottle, about 4,000 bottles a year.

Tasting notes

Clear, bright amber yellow. Broad, from dried fruit to bitter notes, chestnut honey to peach blossom, vanilla nuances and toasted almond. Sweet, rich, slightly savoury.

Cured meats and cheeses, traditional Canavese sweets and succulent rare meats; dry pastries and savoury dishes
