Cantina della Serra Erbaluce di Caluso

The estate's main Erbaluce, 12.5 to 13% alcohol, about 60,000 bottles a year, from pergola and spalliera vines.

Tasting notes

Crystalline straw yellow with greenish reflections. Good intensity, fresh, with young white fruit such as green apple and bergamot and floral elderflower notes. Fresh, slightly savoury, more intense than complex, with lively acidity that makes it mineral and clean.

Pairs well with

Aperitifs, fish first courses, white risottos, freshwater fish such as trout; zuppa d'aiucche
