Small-run Canavese red, 13% alcohol, only about 300 bottles a year, aged in steel and bottle.
Tasting notes
Garnet red with ruby highlights. Fairly intense nose with Mediterranean herbs. Good structure and balanced tannins, with ripe forest fruit, blackcurrant and light spice.
Pairs well with
Canavese-style agnolotti with butter and thyme
