Pergola-grown Nebbiolo picked in early October and aged 18 to 20 months in concrete, 13.5% alcohol, about 22,000 bottles a year.

Tasting notes

Pale garnet red. Floral recollections turning to violet and ripe cherry, with spicy nuances and faint balsamic notes. Fresh and complex, with a full tannin that is starting to evolve, showing ripe and balsamic notes.

Succulent, lightly spiced dishes such as rigatoni with wild boar ragu
