Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Delicate but persistent aroma typical of Barbera, with hints of cherry and plum. Surprising on the palate with a mix of strength and elegance, dominated by balance and smoothness.
Pairs well with
Most courses, from hearty starters to meat entrées and main courses, and fresh and aged cheeses.

- Grapes collected in containers and crushed keeping the fruit as uncontaminated as possible; fermentation in steel vats at 28 to 30°C. Malolactic fermentation 30 to 40 days after devatting. Aged 8 months in steel and 9 months in bottle before release.
