Tasting notes
Garnet red with orangish highlights that intensify over time. Intense aromas of red and violet fruit, full and velvety on the palate with a spicy, light vanilla finish.

- Soft crushing of grapes harvested at the right phenological ripeness, fermentation in steel vats at 28 to 34°C with pump overs and punch downs. After malolactic fermentation, aged for three years in oak barrels, as required by regulations.
