Viognier from the Sangiò hill in southern Piedmont, 20% aged 5 months in new tonneaux.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow, fresh and persistent aroma with hints of lavender and fresh fruit such as peach and apricot. Dry, mineral and pleasant on the palate with a fresh, harmonious flavour.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, cold starters, fish and seafood.
