Red
Renovo
By Cossetti 1891, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
Nebbiolo d'Alba whose Latin name means 'to renew', a return to the estate's earlier Nebbiolo vinification.
Tasting notes
Brilliant red with purple hues; intense, elegant nose with floral notes of rose and violet, hints of cherry and aromas of spices and coffee. Velvety and fresh on the palate, medium to big structure, pleasant tannins and a captivating finish.
Pairs well with
Pasta, soups, red meats, seasonal dishes, medium and long-aged cheeses.
