The aromatic Moscato grape has been part of Piedmont's winemaking tradition for generations; low in alcohol and intensely fragrant, this is Prunotto's festive, versatile white.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow. Characteristic Moscato Bianco aromas accompanied by hints of sage and hawthorn blossom. Fresh, pleasant, vigorous and refined on the palate, with a well-balanced finish.

- Vinification
- Hand-harvested grapes were gently crushed and pressed, with the must left briefly in the press to extract aromas. The free-run wine fermented in stainless steel until reaching 5% alcohol, when fermentation was halted by rapid cooling. The wine was clarified, filtered and bottled.
