Bric Turot
By Prunotto, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Bric Turot takes its name from the "bricco" (hilltop) shape of the vineyard, whose diversified exposure and specific clonal selection give this Barbaresco its balanced, pleasant character.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet red with orange hues. Fragrant and clean on the nose, with red fruit meeting forest floor, aromatic herbs, and floral and spicy impressions. Outstanding concentration and elegant tannic structure on the palate, graceful with a slightly sweet entry, great balance and a long, sapid finish.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game, aged cheeses.
