"Fiulot" means "young man" in Piemontese dialect; this Barbera is delicate and immediately drinkable, a youthful expression of the grape.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with purple hues. Intense fruity aromas of blackberry, blueberry and plum with a hint of sweet spice. Fresh and intense on the palate, with good persistence.
Pairs well with
Pasta dishes, cured meats, grilled vegetables.

- Grapes were destemmed and crushed, macerated on the skins for 5-7 days at a maximum of 28°C. Both fermentations completed before winter. The wine ages in stainless steel before bottling in spring.
