Bansella
By Prunotto, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Bansella comes from the Nizza area, whose characteristic loam-and-sand-veined soils exalt Barbera's aromatics and freshness.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with dark hues. Rich on the nose, with plum meeting violet, cocoa and liquorice. Full-bodied, harmonious and supple on the palate, with a fresh finish and bright acidity, closing long and persistent.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game, aged cheeses.
