Bright ruby red. Generous on the nose, with blackberry and cherry notes. Elegant on the palate, with excellent freshness.

Vinification
Perfectly healthy grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration on the skins lasted 5-7 days at 28-30°C. Malolactic fermentation completed by mid-December. Lots from different vineyard parcels were blended in spring before bottling.
