Arveja
By Prunotto, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Arveja takes its name from the blackberry briars that grow at the top of this 2-hectare vineyard; its cool, west-facing exposure intensifies Erbaluce's freshness alongside Sauvignon Blanc's gooseberry and green apple aromatics.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with light green hues. Floral aromas on the nose leading to decisive mineral notes. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with excellent complexity and persistence.
Pairs well with
Appetizers, fish dishes, white meats.
