Bricco Colma
By Prunotto, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Bricco Colma is made from Albarossa, a 1930s hybrid of Nebbiolo and Barbera created by Professor Dalmasso, grown in Monferrato as part of Prunotto's pioneering spirit.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with purple hues. Distinctive on the nose, with sour cherry, spice and graphite notes. Mouth-filling, with elegance, power and complexity balanced by characteristic Albarossa freshness.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game, aged cheeses.
